no assurance of tomorrow, eh? thanks for posting it Luke.

I've never really sat down and thought, if I had 6-9 months to live, what would I do...scary thought.

Randy, while on ABC, said that his Bucket List contains moments at home with his kids. That was a nice reminder of what really matters.

Yeah, skydiving probably wouldn't be at the top of my list...it would be the kids first and foremost.

It's a good practice to once in a while write letters to your kids if they are young (mine are 5 & 7)and hold them back for when they're older. Or, write out your prayers for your kids so that they have something to look back at.

I like the idea of writing out letters, prayers or blessings to my daughter... I might just take you up on that idea.
Thanks

How inspiring Randy Pausch is! If you liked "The Last Lecture", another fantastic memoir I just read and highly recommend is "My Stroke of Insight" by Dr. Jill Bolte Taylor. Her TEDTalk video (ted.com) has been seen as many times as The Last Lecture I think, and Oprah did 4 shows on her book, so there are a lot of similarities. In My Stroke of Insight, there's a happy ending though. It's an incredible story! I hear they're making it into a movie.
